INTEGRATE is a formulation of functional mushrooms, botanicals, amino acids, and nootropics, carefully selected to promote easeful recovery following your plant enhanced activity.
All of our mushrooms are grown outdoors, under natural light, on organic wood substrates. We perform dual-extractions of fruiting bodies only, with both organic alcohol and water.
Magnesium
Magnesium is an essential
nutrient for broad range
of bodily functions,
including neurotransmission,

and DNA repair.
We use the highly
bioavailable form of
Magnesium L-Threonate.
Glutathione
Glutathione is an antioxidant
that our bodies produce

How Does INTEGRATE Work?

It is important to a have a recovery protocol in place so that you can keep your body and mind healthy, and continue to explore the magic these plants and mushrooms provide. INTEGRATE is formulated to supplement the nutritional and herbal pillar of your recovery protocol.
The mushroom and botanical component of INTEGRATE includes Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Rhodiola, and Ashwagandha. These ingredients are famous for their adaptogenic properties and their ability to nourish and protect the brain and nervous system.
The replenishing component of INTEGRATE includes Magnesium, Choline, L-Tryptophan, and B Vitamins. These nootropics and amino acids help restore neurotransmitter levels and balance your delicate neurochemistry.
The detoxifying component of INTEGRATE includes MSM, Uridine Monophosphate, DHM, Glutathione, NMN, L-Citrulline, and DL-Malate. These nootropics and antioxidants support your body in flushing toxins, reducing inflammation, and initiating its innate repair process.
How To Use INTEGRATE?
Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of INTEGRATE powder. You dont need much, its strong!
We recommend mixing INTEGRATE into a smoothie or matcha latte. Water and coffee are also good options. It does not matter if your drink is cold or hot.
It’s best to take INTEGRATE the morning following your session or activity, and potentially for two to three days afterwards. Taking INTEGRATE everyday is fine, but it’s more effective as a recovery tool if you save it for the days following your journey.
INTEGRATE is not formulated to be a microdose or produce an altered state. This blend is a support formula designed to help you recover from a full journey experience. Most people notice the benefits of INTEGRATE as feeling more clear and light, experiencing less fatigue or aches, and feeling more settled in their bodies.
How do I incorporate INTEGRATE into a microdosing protocol?
INTEGRATE is formulated to stack with any of our microdosing formulas, or with a protocol you may already have in place.
INTEGRATE can be taken at the same time that you take your microdose, or staggered throughout the day either before or after your microdose.
We encourage you to explore and find a time that works best best for you.
Are your products legal?
Yes! Which is why Kanna is such an excellent candidate to explore the world of microdosing.
All of our formulas and ingredients are 100% legal. Our microdoses are solely made with kanna (sceletium tortuosum) and do not contain any scheduled substances. We will not be able to answer any questions or requests about illicit substances.

Are your mushrooms certified organic?
Yes! All of our mushrooms are USDA Certified Organic.
In fact, we work with a collective of growers who have one of the first Organic Mushroom Certifications in the world.
We only work with growers that follow beyond organic and ethical growing practices.
Where do you get your mushrooms?
Our mushrooms come from a collective of farmers in China who have been cultivating medicinal mushrooms for over 5 generations.
There is a lot of stigma around mushrooms grown in China, perhaps rightfully so, but you can find low quality ingredients produced in the USA too!
The reality is that currently the most potent and pure mushroom extracts commercially available come from China, and that’s why we use them.
Our mushrooms are grown far from industrialization, high in the mountains of the Yunnan province in China. Here our mushrooms are grown outdoors, in fresh air, on natural wood substrates (like logs), and tended by real people who have been caring for mushrooms for generations. We use only the mushroom fruiting body to create our dual extracts in our line of formulas.
These growing techniques result in a dramatically healthier and more potent mushroom, when compared to those commercially grown in the USA, in sterile laboratory conditions, under artificial light, on grain substrates (the grain ends up in your supplement too!), and cultivated in mass by heavy machinery.
All of our mushrooms are third party tested and surpass all US standards for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants.
How are your mushrooms tested?
Every ingredient we use is thoroughly tested by third parties for purity and contaminants, including microbial screening for any bacteria, yeast, and mold; heavy metals; pesticides; as well as testing for purity and active compounds.
Can I take your formulas while on medication?
First, we are not doctors and cannot give medical advice.
If you are on any prescription medications or health protocols, it is very important that you have a conversation with your prescribing physician before taking any of our formulas.
Are your formulas safe when pregnant or breastfeeding?
At this time there is not enough research to say with certainty, so we do not recommend it.
